Our Latest addition to the business is manufacturing of sands and powders for investment casting coating application. Our endeavour is to succeed as a chief manufacturer and supplier of raw materials in various fields such as textile, chemical & auxiliaries.
With the 4 th generation on board, Team BDA has adapted the best and latest technology. We are involved in different sectors and branches with expertise in Supply of Chemical & Minerals used by industries. Currently, serving the complete range of foundry raw materials, BDA aims to keep expanding and evolving with the changing times.
HISTORY
Dating back to early 1900’s, the first established company was Thakkar Jivan Ravji Gandhi, named after our great great grandfather & established in Junagadh (Gujarat), India by Shree Jivanlal R. Ghiya (Grandfather of Mr. Girishbhai R. Ghiya current director).
The company began its journey with entering into multiple businesses such as, supplies of Dyes, Chemicals, Soda Ash, Soda Bi Carb, Bleaching Powder, Home & Office Furniture, Godrej Bank Lockers, Godrej Refrigerators, Milcent Flour Mills, Electronics, Household Appliances, ICI Intermediates, Ultramarine Blue Etc.
Past half a century in the business & with expert guidance of our forefathers, BHARAT DYES AGENCY was formed in the year 1959. Based out of Junagadh, BDA excelled in the field of Dyes & Chemical market and soon established its branch offices in Rajkot, Jetpur, Veraval and representatives all over Gujarat.
BDA set up a Manufacturing unit and started the production of wax. Ranging from industrial wax, pattern wax, patch wax and more, we have prevailed as one of the leading manufactures in the region.
With expertise in chemicals and Minerals, BDA proudly launched one more unit of Manufacturing of Minerals & chemicals for industries. Persistently, we aim to set up & launch more manufacturing units with a wide range of products.

We aim to establish more Manufacturing units across the region, increase supply chain and make a significant presence & gain recognition globally in the industry.
Over the years, BDA has matched the requirement and trend of the times. Continuing with this tradition our newest project is, manufacturing sands and powders for investment casting coating application, which was launched on 25 October 2020, on the auspicious day of Dusshera. We aspire to cater and persuade in business of textile chemicals and auxiliaries. Apart from this, we try our best to protect our surroundings, employees & the nature. Thus, we have installed machines with latest technology & best safety features that are important for both employees & environment.
BDA participated in the 67 th Indian Foundry Congress & with IFEX 2019, Cast India Expo Exhibitions Concurrently with 15th Asian Foundry Congress on 18-19-20 January 2019 hosted by Delhi NCR Chapter at India Expo Centre and Mart, Greater Noida, NCR of New Delhi on behalf of the Northern Region of The Institute of Indian Foundrymen. The summit was a meeting place for global as well as domestic casting manufacturers, foundry suppliers, casting buyers and entrepreneurs to explore new avenues in the industry and showcase their capabilities.
Managing director of BDA Group, Shri. Girishbhai R. Ghiya was always inclined towards the welfare of society and this trait of him lead to the foundation of our NGO “GRG Foundation” on 30 Sep 2021. GRG foundation is actively involved in philanthropic Corporate Social Responsibility, such as donating funds, goods & help the underprivileged groups of Society. It serves as a free matrimonial information Centre for the Lohana & other communities globally. GRG also works in creating awareness about saving nature, helping living beings in their difficult times, betterment of next generation & Provide Educational Aid to underprivileged and deserving students.
